Terms of service

If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms. 

You may need to create an account to place orders or use certain features. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information and to keep it updated. 

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately. 

To use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms. 

Not to use the Platform for any fraudulent or illegal activity, or in a way that harms, or could harm, our reputation or the Platform’s functioning. 

Not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Platform. 

Not to use any automated system (bots, spiders, scrapers, etc.) to access the Platform without our prior written consent. 

Not to introduce any viruses, malware, or harmful code. 

We sell clothing and related products (“Products”). Product descriptions, images, sizes, and other details are provided for your convenience. 

We try to display colours and images accurately, but actual colours may vary depending on your device and screen settings. We do not guarantee that your display will accurately show the actual colours. 

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Platform are correct, but errors may occur. 

All Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, change Products, or discontinue them at any time. 

Listing a Product on the Platform at a particular time does not guarantee that it will be available at all times. 

All prices on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless stated otherwise. 

Prices may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST) as specified on the Product and at checkout. Shipping charges, Cash on Delivery (“COD”) charges, and any other applicable fees will be shown separately during checkout. 

We may change prices at any time without notice. Such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid for (subject to obvious errors). 

If we discover an error in the price of a Product you ordered, we may cancel the order or contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price. If we cannot reach you, or if you do not confirm, the order will be cancelled and any payment already made will be refunded. 

You are responsible for payment of all taxes, duties and other government charges related to your purchase. For international orders (if we offer them), you may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes and other charges. 

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the selected Product(s) at the stated price and on these Terms. 

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation/summary via email/SMS/WhatsApp. This confirmation is only an acknowledgement that we have received your order; it is not acceptance of your order. 

Acceptance of your order takes place only when we dispatch the Product(s) and send you a dispatch/shipping confirmation. At that point, a contract will be formed for the Product(s) dispatched. 

Product is unavailable or out of stock. 

We cannot obtain payment authorisation. 

Payment or order details are flagged as suspicious or high‑risk. 

Pricing or product description error. 

We reasonably believe the order is for resale where resale is not permitted. 

We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout (for example: credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, wallets, BNPL/EMI partners, and COD where available). 

By providing payment information, you confirm that you are the rightful owner or authorised user of the payment instrument and that the details are correct. 

Payments are processed by third‑party payment gateways and banks. Their separate terms and privacy policies apply to your use of their services. We are not responsible for failures, errors or security incidents at their end. 

Temporarily hold your payment or place orders on hold for manual review. 

Call or contact you to verify the order and your identity. 

Ask for additional documents or information (such as ID proof, address proof, last four digits of card, etc.). 

Decline or disable COD for certain pin codes, for users with high cancellation/return rates, or where we detect suspicious activity. 

Cancel orders or block transactions we consider risky or suspicious. 

Shipping methods, estimated delivery times and charges will be shown at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to courier delays, weather, strikes, regulatory checks, peak seasons, or other reasons beyond our control. 

We will provide tracking information where available. Responsibility for tracking the shipment after dispatch lies jointly with you and the courier partner. 

You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information. We are not liable for non‑delivery or misdelivery caused by incorrect details, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts or refusal to accept delivery. 

Risk of loss and title to Products pass to you upon delivery of the Product at the address provided by you, subject to applicable law and courier terms. 

Products may be eligible for return or exchange within a specified period, subject to our policy. 

To be eligible, Products usually must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact. 

Certain categories (for example: customised/made‑to‑order items, and items marked “Final Sale” or “Non‑returnable”) may not be eligible for return or exchange. 

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, as per our policy. Bank and payment gateway processing times may affect when the refund appears in your account. 

We may reject return/exchange/refund requests if Products are used, damaged, washed, altered, missing tags, outside the return window, or if we reasonably suspect policy abuse or fraud (including repeated returns, wardrobing, or false claims). 

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, product photos, videos, audio clips, icons, software and other material, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. 

Our brand name, logo, domain name, product names, and related marks are our trademarks or service marks. They may not be used without our prior written consent. 

You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable access to use the Platform for personal, non‑commercial use only. Any other use, including copying, modifying, distributing, transmitting, republishing, or displaying content without our permission, is strictly prohibited. 

The Platform may allow you to submit content such as reviews, comments, photos, ratings or other materials (“User Content”). 

By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty‑free, transferable and sub‑licensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and display such content in any media. 

You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe any third‑party rights or any laws. 

You must not submit any User Content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, harassing, misleading, illegal, or that contains viruses or malicious code. 

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information, fraud‑prevention and order fulfilment. 

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. 

We may share your information with third‑party service providers (such as payment gateways, logistics partners, customer support tools, analytics and marketing partners) for legitimate business purposes, subject to contractual safeguards and applicable laws. 

We implement reasonable security practices and procedures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and devices secure. 

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law. 

Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing or other illegal financial activities. 

Create multiple accounts or use false identities to circumvent promotions, bans, or restrictions. 

Manipulate prices, feedback, ratings or reviews. 

Attempt to access, interfere with or disrupt accounts, devices, systems, or networks connected to the Platform. 

The Platform and all Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied. 

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error‑free, or that any defects will be corrected. 

We do not guarantee that the Platform or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components. 

We, our group companies, directors, officers, employees, agents and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Platform or Products. 

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Platform, the Products or these Terms shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Product(s) giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability. 

Your use of the Platform or Products; 

Your breach of these Terms or any applicable law; 

Any misrepresentation, fraud or negligence by you; 

Any claim relating to your User Content or misuse of any content on the Platform. 

The Platform may include links to third‑party websites, applications or services (including payment gateways, social media platforms and courier partners). These are provided for your convenience only. 

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third‑party sites or services. Your use of such sites or services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions. 

Suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, 

Block or delete your account, 

Restrict certain features (including payment options like COD), and/or 

Cancel orders, 

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Platform and supersede all prior understandings or agreements. 

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 

No Waiver: Our failure or delay in enforcing any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. 

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to any affiliate or third party as part of a restructuring, merger, acquisition, or sale of business or otherwise. 

Force Majeure: We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, riots, strikes, government actions, network/internet failures, or failures of third‑party service providers.
