Refund policy
Products may be eligible for return or exchange within a specified period, subject to our policy.
To be eligible, Products usually must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Certain categories (for example: customised/made-to-order items, and items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”) may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, as per our policy. Bank and payment gateway processing times may affect when the refund appears in your account.
We may reject return/exchange/refund requests if Products are used, damaged, washed, altered, missing tags, outside the return window, or if we reasonably suspect policy abuse or fraud (including repeated returns, wardrobing, or false claims).
Order cancellations by you may be allowed only for a limited time (e.g., until dispatch). Repeated cancellations, COD refusals or fake orders may lead to restrictions such as blocking COD or suspending your account.
If we cancel the order after payment, the amount paid for the cancelled portion will be refunded in accordance with our Refunds Policy.
