Shipping policy

Shipping charges, Cash on Delivery (“COD”) charges, and any other applicable fees will be shown separately during checkout.

Shipping methods, estimated delivery times and charges will be shown at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to courier delays, weather, strikes, regulatory checks, peak seasons, or other reasons beyond our control.

We will provide tracking information where available. Responsibility for tracking the shipment after dispatch lies jointly with you and the courier partner.

You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information. We are not liable for non-delivery or misdelivery caused by incorrect details, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts or refusal to accept delivery.

Risk of loss and title to Products pass to you upon delivery of the Product at the address provided by you, subject to applicable law and courier terms.

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, riots, strikes, government actions, network/internet failures, or failures of third-party service providers.
